Concord Ag Day is a once a year farmers’ market celebrating local agriculture organized by the Concord Agriculture Committee to showcase Concord farms and local produce. This unique market showcases the bounty of Concord’s many farm businesses at the height of the growing season. Come join us on Main Street!

Ag Day 2026 will feature your favorite Concord Farmers selling their bounty, as well as the return of the famous Scimone Farm Speedway and Veggie Racers – generously sponsored by Vanderhoof Hardware! Leonard Solomon will be back this year with a performance! In addition, several Concord nonprofits will be there with information on a variety of agriculture and environmental related topics. Come celebrate Concord Farms!

Interested in participating?: Farms or Non-Profits interested in a space at Ag Day should email Ag Day Coordinator Liza @ Hutchinsfarm.com to be added to the outreach email list. The Ag Day Farmer’s Market features Concord farmers exclusively and their producer-only vegetables, fruit, flowers, eggs, honey, jam, and more. Non-profits are only considered for the remaining spaces after the farmers have been allocated space. Requests for space applications are open usually in late June/early July. Because of the nature of this event, participation confirmation and spaces are not assigned until about a week before Ag Day.

The Ag Committee prioritizes nonprofits that focus on agriculture, food, and environmental topics, but allows other Concord – based nonprofits if space allows. Space downtown is limited and not guaranteed. Non-profits are considered for spaces not occupied by farms if they are Concord-based and have a meaningful connection with the Town’s farm businesses. The Ag Committee prioritizes space for nonprofits in this order: 1) those that focus on agriculture, gardening, and local food topics, 2) those that focus on environmental topics, 3) other Concord based nonprofits if space allows. Non-profits who have previously attended Ag Days will be given a slight preference for the available space if all other factors are equal.

Requests for space applications open usually in late June/early July. Because of the nature of this event, participation confirmation and spaces are not assigned until about a week before Ag Day. We are very sorry but cannot let you know any earlier if you have received a space.

Nonprofits’ sales at Ag Day are limited: Nonprofits are allowed to ask for, and receive, donations for their nonprofit or cause. They also may sell local agriculture related products with permission of the Ag Committee Co-Chairs, and payment of a $10 nonprofit vendor fee. Selling of any other items at the market is not allowed. If you are not sure if your item for sale qualifies, please contact us. (Liza @ Hutchinsfarm.com) Examples of a local agriculture related product could include, but are not limited to – books about agriculture or gardening, craft products made with Concord farm materials, or food products made with Concord farm ingredients (applicable health permit/license would be required by the Board of Health).

The Ag Committee encourages participating nonprofits to think about how support of local agriculture ties into their organization. We are asking that this year all participating groups focus their table’s activities and promotional materials on agricultural related topics. Please think carefully about how your organization helps local agriculture! Thank you!
